Born in “upstate” New York, raised in northern New Jersey, I am not your typical “tell me how you feel about that” therapist. I own my unique therapy style and love for challenging, empowering, and pushing my patients through their journey of self.

From a young age, I always knew that helping others was my passion. As early as high school, I was the president of a peer-support group that helped students facing bullying or difficulties at home.

Now, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, my love for helping others through therapy has strengthened and deepened significantly over the years. With dedication and skillful communication, I help patients identify what they feel are the problem areas in their life and affect positive change efficiently and productively. 

Utilizing a strength-based, multi-systems approach, I help adolescents, families, couples, and individuals strengthen their coping skills, confidence, self-trust, communication, self-esteem, and sense of safety.

My goal for my patients is to achieve a greater love and understanding for themselves and others, while also growing and developing to their desired full potential.
