I would say I am absolutely not the norm of what someone may assume a therapist is like. I am energetic, direct, non-judgmental, warm, empathic, and will absolutely challenge and empower you! I want nothing more than for you to feel safe to express yourself in whatever way you like (cursing allowed!)

Online counseling is a convenient and safe way for you to attend counseling and yet not have to take time out of your busy day to commute to and from locations! Session are scheduled when convenient for you (before work, during your lunch break, while your child is at their extracurricular activities or simply taking a nap. I will provide us with a secure, HIPPA compliant web based platform for all our sessions.

Absolutely! As long as you are ready to explore your triggers and be open to learning new skills, online therapy can be just as effective as in person.

During an initial counseling session you are able to get to know more about me and the counseling journey. You will have time to tell me some of your story and what you are hoping to get our of therapy, along with asking any questions you might have.
The first session is an opportunity to determine whether we are a good fit. I love to think of meeting your therapist for the first time as a blind date. It is so important for you to feel a sense trust and the ability to be honest, open and vulnerable with me. If you’re not feeling it, no worries!!
